Vickers Oils at APM 2024, Singapore
On the 13th-15th of March 2024, Vickers Oils exhibited at the 18th edition of APM in Singapore. Previously exhibiting at APM in 2018, we looked forward to showcasing our marine range whilst forming new connections and seeing familiar faces.

On the 13th-15th of March 2024, Vickers Oils exhibited at the 18th edition of APM in Singapore. Previously exhibiting at APM in 2018, we looked forward to showcasing our marine range whilst forming new connections and seeing familiar faces. The event was an overall success featuring 710 exhibitors and 150 industry speakers worldwide. An unprecedented number of 15,717 people attended, surpassing previous editions of the event.
This years theme was ‘Future of Vessels. Solutions for Tomorrow’ heavily focusing on topics such as sustainability and automation. Vickers Oils commitment to sustainability is integral to the business and with increasing efforts and goals, some of which have already been achieved, we were excited to share these with visitors whilst discussing our EAL and BIO marine ranges.

Vickers Oils occupied an excellent position at the event in Hall A which helped with footfall. The stand featured two open sides complimented by an iconic ‘V’ which proved impactful. The design was bright, airy and creative which provided an inviting space.

Vickers Oils at Posidonia 2024, Athens, Greece
On the 3rd – 7th of June 2024, Vickers Oils exhibited at the 28th edition of Posidonia in Athens, Greece. Living up to this years theme, ‘Powering Ahead’, this year’s event broke all previous records of attendance on each and every day of the week making it the most successful event in the exhibitions 55 year long history. More than 2000 companies exhibited from 82 countries and territories alongside thousands of visitors from across the world.
Vickers Oils occupied an ideal position at the event in hall 4. The stand was modern with two open sides featuring a recognisable ‘V.’ The design highlighted the EALs range with ‘Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants’ in lights at the centre of the stand and provided ample space for meetings and discussions about our marine ranges and offerings.
Sustainability was a popular topic of discussion at the stand as we continue to focus on our EAL and BIO ranges as well as our sustainability goals and achievements as a business.

Vickers Oils at Febratex 2024
On the 20th of August till the 23rd of August, we exhibited at Febratex 2024 in Brazil supported by our agents in Brazil, Agricopel.
The stand was modern and spacious, showcasing our textile products, their features and our sustainability goals and achievements as a business. The stand also highlighted our number of OEM approvals including the most recent Lonati approval of VICKERLUBE SOCK 46 for use in their single cylinder GOAL series machines. Global Sales Manager for Vickers Oils, Charles Flint said, ‘It was great to meet all of the visitors at the stand from Brazil and across Latin America. The show highlighted how the industries recovery since Covid was apparent and new, more efficient ways of working were being developed. It was great to engage with people in this field.’

Vickers Oils at SMM 2024
Between the 3rd and the 6th of September 2024, Vickers Oils exhibited at SMM 2024 in Hamburg, the worlds leading trade fair and conference for the Maritime industry.
Vickers Oils occupied a fantastic position in Hall B1 and were located in the British pavilion next to the overhead bridge joining the two halls, Hall A and Hall B. We had the opportunity to network with current partners from around the world as well as meeting new contacts in the maritime industry!
This year, we hosted several presentation sessions on our stand where we presented our ‘Understanding Product Carbon Footprint’ deck. These sessions proved to be successful as we educated prospects, partners and existing customers about what PCF is, why it is important and how we are now able to calculate a partial PCF (cradle to gate) for our product range.
The stand was open and modern featuring the iconic Vickers Oils ‘V’ and new for this year was the incorporation of plexi-glass screens, showcasing key sustainability and product information in a new format. We chose to focus the stand on our products, zeroing in on our range of EALs as well as highlighting Product Carbon Footprint on the side wall which complimented the presentation.
